I have been a full time, professional photographer since 2016 specializing in architectural and real estate photography.

For many years I thought about getting back into motorcycles until the right opportunity came about in 2022 and I purchased a 2005 HD Dyna Super Glide Custom from a family member.

A few slightly nervous rides around the neighborhood and several customizations to the Dyna later and I was hooked. Yes, I had several bikes back in my late teens and rode them everywhere but back in the day I rode out of necessity. I couldn’t afford a car or gas money and of course I rode “to look cool” or whatever it was exactly.

Nowadays looking cool isn’t really going to happen and I have a car so it’s more about fun and enjoyment. Along the way and after several HD Museum Bike Nights and a few Mama Tried Motorcycle Shows I figured out that I find motorcycles to be really beautiful and amazing to look. You could call it a passion and the “Motorcycle” part of James Meyer Photography was born.
